Gaming Video Awards is an annual media event that celebrates excellence in gaming content, recognizing both gaming content creators from Romania and the companies that have chosen to engage with gaming communities through their communication campaigns.
Submitted content must be publicly available on YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok.
A content creator may compete with only one video per category. If multiple videos from the same creator are submitted to the same category, the creator will be contacted and asked to choose which entry will remain in the competition.
A content creator may be nominated using the same video or different videos in up to five categories, provided that all eligibility requirements for each category are met.
- The following criteria must be met in full for a submission to be validated:
- The creator must be active in Romania.
- Content creators may be nominated according to the following requirements:
- For all categories except Newcomer of the Year, the channel must have been created before January 1, 2025.
- Best Tech Video (Review / Product Integration): minimum 1,000 views on the submitted video.
- Best Video by a Female Content Creator and Best League of Legends Video: minimum 2,000 subscribers.
- Best Gaming Video: minimum 20,000 views on the submitted video.
- Best Sports Games Video: minimum 5,000 subscribers.
- Short Video of the Year and Best Gaming Video on TikTok: minimum 10,000 views on the submitted video.
- Best Mobile Gaming Video, Best Tactical Shooter Video, Best Longplay Video, Best Kid-Friendly Video, Best Minecraft Video, Best GTA Video, Best Brawl Stars Video, Best Fortnite Video, and Best Roblox Video: minimum 10,000 subscribers.
- Legendary Content Creator: minimum 100,000 subscribers.
- For Newcomer of the Year, the channel must have started its activity on or after January 1, 2025, and have either:
- between 1,000 and 5,000 subscribers (YouTube), or
- between 50 and 1,000 followers (Twitch).
- The content must be produced in Romanian or English.
- Videos will not be accepted if the creator has no visible presence in the content (voice, face, text, or any other identifiable form of expression).
- The primary subject of the submitted content must be gaming.
- The submitted video, or the livestream from which it originates, must have been created between September 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026.
- The content must not contain illegal, abusive, obscene, racist, homophobic, or sexually explicit material.
- The campaign must contain content specifically designed for a Romanian gaming audience.
- The campaign must have been conducted between September 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026. Ongoing campaigns are also eligible, provided they can demonstrate measurable results at the time of submission.
- The submission must include:
- a link to a case study in PDF format (maximum 2 pages, font size 12, Romanian language);
- a YouTube link containing the campaign video (the video may be listed as unlisted, must not exceed 5 minutes, and should present a compilation of the campaign’s key moments).
- The video must be understandable on its own and accessible for viewing.
- If a jury member has entered a campaign into a category, they will not participate in judging that category.
- The campaign must not contain illegal, abusive, obscene, racist, homophobic, or sexually explicit material.
Yes, provided they can demonstrate measurable results at the time of submission.
The Legendary Content Creator distinction is awarded to the content creator with more than eight years of experience in the gaming industry who receives the highest number of public votes.
The Content Creator of the Year distinction is awarded to the creator who wins the highest number of categories at the Gaming Video Awards Gala.

The Gaming Video Awards 2026 Gala will take place on October 28 at ARCUB, Bucharest.
